Meet Ashley Roman

Hi, I’m Ashley! Born and raised in Hammond Indiana, and a graduate from IU Northwest with a Business degree and minor in Human Resources, my interest for Real Estate started with a passion for the art of home design. I have always been captivated by the process of transforming houses into homes! Before venturing into real estate, I’ve spent many years in the restaurant industry, and this experience not only honed my social and communication skills but also taught me the value of working efficiently under pressure. This instilled in me the importance of attention to detail, which I believe will transfer well into real estate from a critical eye at showings to negotiating and writing contracts.
